Nord West Ferry operates daily scheduled cruises: • Koman → Fierze: 09:30 AM • Fierze → Koman: 12:30 PM Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding. For any delays or concerns, you are welcome to contact us by phone.
Parking is not allowed at Koman Port. Passengers must use private parking areas located near the port. Recommended parking location: https://share.google/SNdeLYtxz1AUWMvpe From the parking area, you will need to walk approximately 5–7 minutes to reach the port. Please arrive a bit earlier to allow enough time for parking and walking.
Please arrive at the port at least 15 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and boarding.
Ferry operates as scheduled even on days with light rain. The route is only cancelled in rare cases when an official order is issued to suspend boat navigation due to unsafe lake conditions. In such cases, the ferry will be rescheduled or fully refunded, in line with our cancellation policy.

With Nord West Ferry, you can cancel your tour up to 24 hours in advance for a 100% refund (full refund) of the ticket price.

  • For a 100% refund of the ticket price, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s local start time. Bank and payment processing fees (around 4–6% of the total amount) charged by your bank or payment provider are non-refundable.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, or if you do not show up at the meeting point or port for the minibus and/or boat, no refund (0%) will be issued and the amount
    you paid to Nord West Ferry will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    Cut-off times are based on the local time in Albania.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it is cancelled due to poor weather or unsafe lake conditions, you will be offered a different date/route or a full refund of the ticket price.
